2024 Depository Library Council Spring Meeting

The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) and the Depository Library Council are hosting the Spring 2024 Depository Library Council Virtual Meeting Thursday, May 2, 2024; 12:30 – 5:15 p.m. (EDT). Registration is currently open. This event is free to attend, and open to the public. The meeting is an excellent opportunity to network with fellow government documents librarians, interact with staff from GPO, and contribute to important discussions relating to public access and government information. State of the FDLP 12:45 – 1:15 p.m.

Join the Superintendent of Documents for updates on GPO’s transition to a digital FDLP and roles for depositories today and in the future. Hear the latest news on National Collection Service Areas and their Steering Committees as they explore the opportunities created by the limited print distribution framework. Learn about the vital roles depositories, coordinators, and staff will play in meeting patrons’ Government information needs.

PDT Implementation & Preservation Stewards Updates 1:15 – 1:45 p.m.
